Consumer health data

Medication calls, and nothing to sell.

Last updated October 26, 2026

What we keep

The medication calls you set up: the medicine you name, if you name one, and when the calls ring. What you say on those calls, as a text transcript. Anything about your health you choose to tell us elsewhere, like what you're getting up for, is treated the same way.

Where it comes from

Only from you: what you add in the app, and what you say on calls.

Why we keep it

Only to make those calls: your caller reminds you at the time you picked, using your words. And to keep the service working and safe, such as fixing a call that went wrong. We ask for your yes in the app before the first medication call is saved.

Who handles it

Telnyx places your calls and texts your sign-in code. Fish Audio turns what you say on calls into text, and your caller's replies into speech. Anthropic's Claude writes your caller's replies, and reads what you type, say or screenshot to set up calls. They handle it only on our behalf, to make your calls. We have no affiliates that get it. We never sell it, and it never goes to analytics or advertisers.

Your rights

You can ask whether we have your health data and for a copy of it, and you can delete it: delete the medication call in the app, or your whole account. You can withdraw your yes at any time by writing to help@reuleaux.app; your medication calls are then deleted and stop.

Write to help@reuleaux.app with the phone number on your account, so we can check it's you. We answer within 45 days. If we turn a request down, reply to appeal and we'll look again within 45 days; if you still disagree, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General.
