We collect what's needed to call you, and nothing to sell.
What we keep
Your phone number, first name, timezone, wake times and settings. Text transcripts of calls, so we can see whether you woke up and improve the characters. What you tell your caller, if you choose to: what you're getting up for, your first step and the first thing on a morning. The caller only uses a morning's plan on that morning, and these never go to friends or analytics. Messages friends send through your link. A record of each time someone agreed to get calls, with the time and wording, because the law asks us to keep proof. How the app and this site are used, such as screens viewed and buttons tapped. This site uses no cookies.
Who processes it
Calls go through Telnyx and verification codes through Twilio. Voices and transcription run on Fish Audio. The characters' replies come from Anthropic's Claude. If you set up calls by talking or with a screenshot, Claude reads the words or pictures to suggest calls; we keep only the calls you save, never the pictures. Payments are handled by Apple. Error reports go to Sentry. Usage analytics go to PostHog, with how long each of Claude’s replies took and what it cost, but not what was said. These are tied to an account ID, not your phone number.
Your choices
Say "stop" on any call, or use the stop page, and we won't call your number again. Deleting your account in the app removes your data from our database, apart from consent records we must keep. Copies held by the services above are deleted on their own retention schedules.
